The first posting of the wod was a head fake. Today is Jen Nolans Birthday so her other half Bill asked if we could do a wod for her as a birthday present from him. So Bill and I came up with a Wod for her today. “and everyone else”  Happy Birthday Jen!!

  1. Happy Birthday Jen, I will do this workout for you this week, even if it means a double. I can’t make today as we have a funeral service for our Deputy chief Randy Bowers who lost his wife and I have SWAT trg later. It looks like a great workout.
