RX and Scaled – 2 person same-sex teams

The Great Lakes Challenge is a same-sex team CrossFit FBO competition with 3 divisions:

RX Division

Scaled Division

Master’s Division (ages 35 & up)

Each registrant will compete in 3 physically grueling events, earning points along the way. After the 3 events, the top scoring 5 males teams and 5 females teams in the RX and scaled division will then go on to compete in a truly bad ass championship round.

One male team and one female team will be crowned the Great Lakes Challenge Champions!

$140 registration fee

Details:
– 2 person, same-sex teams

– Registration 0800 & First WOD 0900
– Registration fee includes unisex t-shirt
– Cash prizes awarded to winners of each RX division WOD
– Trophies & prizes awarded to overall winners (1st, 2nd & 3rd place) in each division

This year’s event will be at Celebrate  Erie
