6 rounds and 17 deads….soooo close to 7 rounds. Couldn’t muster the last 4 reps of 155. This one was a lot harder than it looked. Way to push me Jess.
Les, it’s all good brother! The 212’ers were not very happy with me yesterday after doing that WOD, I don’t want you to not like me too! HA!
4 rounds plus 1 deadlift (95 lbs) – my form could be better- one more weakness to embrace!
5 plus on the 3rd lap about 275 with 155. Still owe jen her 36 and now that I see she used 135 I have to do it!
5 rounds plus about 130 meters at 135lbs. Finally starting to feel the DL’s in my hammies instead of in my back. Form is improving!
