Jen, I had whoops to! Already behind the 8-ball due to the cold & flu season (no excuses), I had in my mind how to average the reps for 100 each, at 75 ring-dips I was mentally demoralized thinking it will be 9 minutes before I get to 100. Then it dawns on me, its 50 you idiot. then to showcase my low IQ, I set the KB down early to rest before burpees thinking of the stupid 100 number again (lost a few seconds). Anyway 13 and some change.
Now you people know my mental state and the logic behind these goofy posts. No excuse the last 35 rows were horrible form and not full range.
