15 something- did snatches without the squat to work on form huge thanks to Kate for all the help tonight. That was an exhausting one
15:something at 65lbs. This was a good WOD. Really showed me where my technique is still a little jacked up on the snatches. I think it took my 16 or 17 attempts to get the 10 snatches cause I kept missing. You can’t muscle the snatch with crappy technique after you just did 100 push ups!
Definitely no slackers at the 9 am class!
