    Jen, i checked for the previous time we did this too… knocked off over 3:00 from my time. Lumpy definitely uses a better clock I guess.

  2. I’m only doing this to keep Lumpy happy. 17 something @ 135. I think someone gave me 11 chips. lol. I’d like to forget about the after party.

  4. 11:46 on the WOD. John was a real ball buster with my pushups. Just kidding but seriously he was a ball buster. Lol. Thanks for keeping me honest with my form. 3:33 on the sit ups. Those made me very unhappy at the end.

  5. This is a blast from the past! We did this workout at the old gym on 10/02/10. My time was 13:49 at 95lbs. I did the pushup from the knees every other round for the first 6 rounds and stayed on my knees for the last 4. Curious to know how I would do today but I’m still home attempting to get over this crap in my lungs! I’ll try to squeeze this in sometime this week. Peace out homies!
