32:02- brutal, but completed. I thought it was the worst WOD yet, until I did “Friday the 13th” 🙂 Still, no place I’d rather be working out!
I heard someone say “Kelly is a brat” when I walked in. My back is sore from a Wednesday, but I got through Kelly in 28:57. Thanks for pushing me 212. It’s a great feeling when you’re on round 4 and your trainer is telling you that you’re doing wallballs perfectly!
27min..id say this is top 3 hardest wods, but so happy its under my belt! Have a time to PR for the next time it comes up!
Okay I felt heavy, as if gravity increased its natural pull on me, and I’m just not cut for these long wods YET!. I wanted to quit after 3 rounds. The trainers motivated and pushed me to the finish. That said 33 plus was my time. No excuses though, right?

Stuck in a hotel:(. I will make this up on Sunday. Made my own amrap. 20 min as many rounds as possible of 10 dumbbell push press, air squat, hand rel. push up, lunge, ab mat and dumbbell swings. Oh and after party of tabata wall ball with only 10 lb ball (that’s all they had and I wasn’t complaining). Nice if ur out of town with limited tools to work with. See you all on Friday!!!!!!!

First time with Kelly and she kicked my butt! Doesn’t help workin 4pm till 4am all week and hit the 5am class. That’s my excuse!!!
