  1. I hear you Steve, the lunges crushed my time. This workout pointed out weaknesses and laws, that I need to work on. One of which being stamina. Those lunges with 135 overhead just killed me. Do you believe that one Steve?

  2. I finished in 32 something. Then when I was putting it in my book I noticed that I only did 13 walking lunges instead of 26. I thought about making up the rest of them later but I figured I would just confess here…….a lot easier.

  3. Dave, wow, that’s a great time! I also came close to hurling but I used up the 40 minutes ending on the 3rd round of pullups. I really don’t have an excuse, that’s all I had. Thanks for the tips Ryan, I want correct form on everything.

  4. 26:19 I think. Closest I’ve come to throwing up since I’ve started crossfit. Real close.

  5. I’m totally bummed out I missed this one. Of course, had I been able to drag my sick self out of bed this morning, it would have probably taken me an hour to get it done in between periods of uncontrollable coughing! Hope to be there tomorrow.
