  1. Can’t remember exactly but I think i got 3rd plus 5 push ups, 2 rds plus 1 squat clean, and 1 rd plus 6 squat clean. Used 75lbs for the squat cleans and switched back and forth on the push ups on the second and third rounds between modified and unmodified. Frustrating not to be as strong as I used to be but I continue to have faith that I’ll get it back!

  2. 3 rounds 3 squats, 2 rounds, 1 round 1 squat… Love when I get to meet up with all my girls to work out!!!

  3. Worked hard today! Was a great way to start my day after taking the kids to school! I am nearing 3 months now and can say I am noticing a difference. Oh and Matt, thanks for the push and encouragement to up my weight for the squat cleans…you know once Jim is able to come and join it will get competitive! Keep me on track!!!!
