Not sure about my row time but I ended up with 14 rounds plus 5 burpees with the 1 pd. Maybe should have tried the 1.5 today. Even considered coming back in tonight to do it again with the fatty but I just got home from my dose of neck stretching at the chiropractor and I’m sore so I’m just chillin. Also, tried the Charlie Tango method on the KB. Defintely speeds up the process!
