  1. I just couldn't resist posting this… I did this same workout on 9/16/10 which was during my first week at EOS. I used 35 lbs. for the Thrusters and the thick green band for pullups. I still couldn't do the pull ups without Lumpy's assistance of pushing my legs up for me. Not sure what my time was but I know it was over 10 minutes. What a drastic improvement… Now that's what hard work, a good trainer, and awesome workout partners will do!
