  1. Hey ya'll… was looking at my old book from EOS today and saw that on 9/30/2010 I did 100 ab mat situps for the first time for a time of 3:32. Today I PR'd em at 2:35. I'm posting this because I'm just absolutely amazed at the progress I have made and continue to make every day. Thanks Lump and thanks to my awesome work out partners!
