  1. I did 40lb, .5PD, 20″Box – 11 rounds. Last time was 35lbs, 5 plates stacked (no box) and .5PD. -10 rounds + 8 jumps

  2. 70 LBS, 1 PD, 24″ BOX – 11 ROUNDS EVEN. NICE IMPROVEMENT FROM 1/04/11 WHEN I USED 65 LBS, 1 PD, 24″ BOX AND DID 10 ROUNDS AND 5 PUSH PRESSES! CAME HOME AND SAW THE GYMGA DAILY FITNESS CHALLENGE – MAX BURPEES IN 1 MINUTES. I GOT 19… WOOHOO….FEELING GREAT AND READY TO TAKE ON THE MADNESS OF THE DAY! SEE YA'LL TONIGHT.
