With an empty 45 or 35lb. Bar perform 100 reps of each of the following movements:
Back Squat
Thruster
Push Press
Overhead Squat
Hang Squat Clean
Post time to comments.
(You can perform these in any order, but, you must complete all 100 reps before moving on to the next movement.  Look too easy?  Put some weight on the bar!
