  1. Les….. I totally thought you were a different Les! LOL Welcome to 212! Although I wanted to attempt to break my current PR on the backsquat of 205 lbs., I chose to listen to my Yoda, Lumpy that is, and work on techique while I’m still nursing this neck injury. He’s never lead me astray before so I shall continue to do what I’m told! 5 rounds plus 12 lunges for the AMRAP with a red band for the deadhangs.

  2. 355 squat, 5 rounds plus 5 pull ups forward lunges. No one said the comeback trail is cakewalk, but Lumpy did say it would involve a lungewalk or two!
