  1. 15 rounds and 1 push up. After party of ice on the neck/back/shoulder combo that’s been bugging me. Taking a couple of days off to attempt to heal up. Have a great weekend 212ers!!

    Could have done more but got dizzy next to Kenny watching him do 30 rounds (WOW!)
