95lb power cleans, dont remember the wod numbers used 1 pood, 45# thrusters, pushups on the bar and didnt have to do burpees 🙂
185 on power cleans, could have went up but John was tired of seeing me do a reverse curl instead of a solid power clean.
used a 1 pood and 65# for the workout with bar pushups.
