100 front squat 24in box WOD 10:44 rings I hate you!!
7:13 for the WOD. 200 front squat. Tried to break 7 minutes. Rings got me. 33″ box jumps. Everyone was going all out. Compared to any other fitness program there is nothing like this.

I don’t know why I continue to torture myself by checking these WOD’s when I’m on an indefinite hiatus from working out until they figure out what the heck is wrong with me. Went to the ER yesterday because I was having trouble grasping and holding on to stuff with my right hand. On a 5 day dose of prednisone and go back to the PCP today. So far the diagnoses are: #1 – acute neck pain with neurological deficit, #2 – possible cervical disc disease, and #3 – suspect peripherial nerve entrapment. Good news is that with the decrease in hand/arm/shoulder strengh, I should be able to get an MRI. Please keep me in your prayers because as you all know, working out at 212 is how I stay sane. I may be forced to take my stress and aggression out on other human beings until I’m able to start working out again so also pray for any ignorant boneheads I may encounter throughout the day. I love you all and miss you very much!
