  1. Thank you to everyone, that was a good one and I am starting to get back to where I can at least push myself, although I saw the 5 pictures Lumpy posted and I was resting in each one. I think I was 39:18.

  2. 29:18 Scaled to 45lbs., ring rows for pull ups, and 20 inch box after I biffed it on the 24 inch during the 2nd or 3rd round. Very weak but happier than you could possibly imagine to be back at 212! Missed you guys!

  3. Lumpy sent me a text last nite that he has a hard workout in store for me today, I’m sure it involves burpees, so I will change my plans on the workout I was going to try and be there at 9am to give the kid a little pleasure watching me suffer. Gotta love friends like that!!!!!!!!!!!!
