Remember, fully Rx’d toes-to-bar means TOES-TO-BAR…not toes-close-to-bar or mostly-toes-to-bar. To receive full Rx credit today your toes (or top of foot) of both feet should touch the bar on each and every reps. This is the job of the individual athlete – to act with integrity and only count the reps which he/she completes. This goes for all movements that we do. Comprende?!
