  1. Yes Lumpy, I was bent over the garbage can in the hall after the workout. John was pushing me on the row. I think I can break 1:25 if fresh, I think!

  2. I knew it would be a tough workout, and then those words that made me cringe; my friend and coach, John, said “hey Les why don’t you grab the 2-pood” Good day, slow on the burpees and box jumps 23:48, 1:48 on the 500 power row.
