Eleven
Perform three 5-minute AMRAPs of the following couplets, with one minute of rest after each couplet.
The athlete will choose the rep distribution of the couplets BEFORE the WOD begins. Both rep counts must add up to Eleven, and only one rep count is used for the whole WOD. For example, Athlete A chooses 7 and 4, so he/she will do 7 DL’s/4 WW, 7 HPC/4 Burpees, and 7 Thrusters/4 CTB’s.

Wall Climbs
Couplet 2:
Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
Burpees
Couplet 3:
Thrusters (95/65)
CTB Pullups

7/4 – Total Rep Count: 125. 1 – RXD. 2 – 85lb. Cleans, 3 – 65lb. Thrusters, Blue band pull ups. Fun Wod and lots of laughter this AM 🙂 Great way to start the week!
