15:08…..hate ab mats….love john and josh, matt and carmen…..
2nd time going to 9 a.m. class. Nice to see C dels again. Hadn’t seen him in a minute. Second row put me in the tank but finished at14:30’s and ab mats 4:40’s. Think I found something I hate more than wall ball. F$&@ u ab mat!!!!!!
Great morning, walked in and there were two great coaches; John and Matt, then in came a 3rd, Josh. All of a sudden the big man, the one they call Carman strolled in. 14:48 RXd, 4 something after party ab mats. The row to the island was brisk, a battle occurred on the island and the waters were choppy on the way back!
All said and done; the guru himself (Lumpy) appeared and that’s when I knew word was spreading about 9 AM.

It’s like rowing to an island doing “grace” then going back………
RXD: 16:06. After Party: 3:16. That second row was BRUTAL! Loved every minute of it!
