  1. Got up to 175 on the squat clean and know I’ve got room to go heavier. Get the form down first. 70 lb bell and 30 in box proved to be as brutal as i thought it would be but I persevere. Tried to bail on the 30 inch box at the end but John wasn’t havin it and flipped it back up. Needed the push. 2 rds 3 box jumps; 4 rds 7 wall ball; 6 rounds 3 swings.

  3. good day for me, first time actually performing a squat clean correctly (not pretty) but flexibility is a little better, went up to 135 for 5 and then worked on technique. Did the workout with 2-pood again concentrating on proper form. My round numbers were not great, but a good workout.

  4. Squat Cleans: 95 – 100 – 105 – 95 – 95… Had to drop it down a notch a work on technique. AND… It’s a Cyber Mondy Miracle! I can jump again! HA! AMRAPS:
