Front squat-135×2 Wod- 5 rds and the rest were 4 rounds+ pushups. Finally felt like myself again! 🙂
275 on fronts. 5 rounds 6 push ups, 5 & 1clean, 5 & 1clean, 5 even, 4 & 6 pushups. tough one fo sho.
Front squat 75lbs. Best yet! WOD 45lb 4, 3 & push ups for all other rounds.

Did a version of Murph last night at SWAT at 9:00 PM. After we had completed various stairs, rope climbs and exercises with our shooting drills earlier, we did a memorial workout for one of our fallen officers “Burchick”. It was 5 laps on the stairs to the 5th floor, then 100 push-ups 200 sdhps with a 45lb plate, 300 air squats and run a mile. Great training, but a little sore this morning.
Front Squat: 165 for 3. Then my wheels started turning and I thought, Hmmmm….. Is it possible? Could I hit a one rep PR today which will in turn bring me an enormous amount of joy? YES! 175 lbs.
