“Unbroken”
3 rounds
20 Double Unders or 50 singles
20 Swings (1.5,1)
20 Wallballs(20,14)
This wod is to be done unbroken. You may not move on until you get 20 dubs in a row. If you put down or stop swinging the kettlebell before you hit 20 you must start the set over. If you drop the wallball, try again. The WOD is still for time, but the unbrokeness spices it up a little bit.

WOD- 1pd/ 14lb.. 50 for the jump ropes. 9:47. Loved the tabata after party but can’t remember my total
WOD – 6:13. Singles, 1pd, 14lb.
After Party – 155. Best part of the day… Held 8 for Tabata Push ups. Best I’ve done in months! 🙂
