  1. My first WOD where I actually used the legitimate CrossFit weights. (although my knee to elbows were a little on the weak side). 27:30

  3. I love to hate this WOD- that being said: 31:17 which beat my last time on 7-11-11. good times.

  4. 27:14. Thanks to Brian Carroll with the help on the DU’s this past Sunday! I started out a little shaky but ended up getting 5 and 6 at time. Not perfection but definitely progress! A little twist on the whiteboard with the KB weights BTW.
