10:59 probably went a little light on weight but, it was a nice way to mix it up a bit!
145lbs. for 5 on the front squat which is a 5 rep PR. Lumpy said to keep the WOD on the DL so all I’ll say is that it was super fun and RXD it! Have a good day peeps! BTW, the Games site is up and running now. Just registerred.
