  1. 120 on the cleans, failed at 125 and had to go back down to 115 for the last few rounds. WOD: 5 rounds 4 cleans at 95lbs. and it was the push ups that slowed me down (embracing my weakness).

  2. 195 lbs on power cleans. WOD 6 rds with 4 cleans at the end at 165 rxd. Less than 24 hrs between wods not recommended. For realz y’all!!!!
