  1. 205 on the single. Scaled back like a sissy to 115 for the WOD and finished in like 10:3?. Sold myself short here. Live and learn.

    WOD: 85lbs. 15:17 I used the rack to transition from cleans to lunges to avoid hurting my jacked up neck again. Still going to chiropractor/physical therapy 3 times a week and don’t want to risk it! No doubt would have taken me longer if I had to push it up after every set of cleans.
