Completed the WOD-
After party- it took me way too long to do 100 wall ball sit ups. 7 mins something. Ridiculous.
Best 3 on the press: 115. WOD: Mission accomplished with 14lb WB and 1.5 pd KB. Finished the last round with 2 seconds to spare! After Party: 4:somethingteen w/ 14lb WB.
