  1. Oh wait now it has changed. I liked the 100 wallballs and burpees better. F-ing Karen. Really I was just saying how much I hate this workout. I just started walking normal from those damn walking lunges and good mornings.

  2. Yay for wallballs and burpees. This would be the crossfit workout that you would have to do in hell every day.
