Register at 9 am team WOD at 10 am.
Cost for the WOD is $10. Each team will have 4 team members. So if you want to be on the same team with someone’s make sure you register at the same time . There will be coffee and snacks before the WOD and beer and food after the WOD. Also a chines auction will be going on. You do not need to workout to attend this event. There will not be a yoga class at 11 am. It will be at 11 am next Saturday.
