  1. My 13.2 advice. 1. Warm up-jump rope row get muscles warm. 2. Mobilize-mobilize shoulders for shoulders to overhead hamstrings and ankles for deadlift and box jumps. 3. Warm up weights gradual on shoulder to overhead and deadlift exceeding the prescribed weight by quite a bit. Weight in WOD will feel way lighter. Good luck peeps.
