If you’ve spent more than one day at FBO, this mob in the video has to look familiar. I want you to spend 2 minutes each shoulder hunting around looking for the tight tissues in your shoulders (and don’t tell me you don’t have any, we all do).
Pay special attention to the ‘test-retest’ example. He worked on his right shoulder and then tested it against his left shoulder. As you could see his right was more mobile than his left. And he only did that for… what 30 seconds??
If you feel the need, or have the time to work on anything else, I’d work on your couch stretch (up against the wall) for that anterior hip flexor.
