  1. Nothing like an overhead squat/burpee combo to make a gal feel like it’s her first day at Crossfit. Still….a great workout!

  2. OH Squat: 85lbs. for 5 and a 1 rep PR of 95lbs.
    Jeremy – 5:00. Had the bar set at 65lbs. but when I heard Sensai Lumpy tell us to use a weight that you can get 21 unbroken, I dropped it down a notch to 55lbs.
