It’s nice having such a great way to start the day. You know that you’ve gotten the hardest thing on your list done and out of the way!
Went to 6am today..great class. Kris helped me with my overhead squat technique. 8:00 WOD.
OH Squat: 85lbs. for 5 and a 1 rep PR of 95lbs.
Jeremy – 5:00. Had the bar set at 65lbs. but when I heard Sensai Lumpy tell us to use a weight that you can get 21 unbroken, I dropped it down a notch to 55lbs.
