Great workout- don’t remember my time- 18 minutes something! Lumpy, don’t worry about the oversight on the rep scheme- I didn’t mind at all!!
Good couple days the last few workouts, I love this stuff because everytime I feel I’m doing good all the studs are done and resting as I finish up. Great motivation to keep getting better. Coaches are great, I did not think you could increase fleixbility at age 50, but it’s true.
Even if Bryan got a great laugh as tried the floor wipers!
I enjoyed the mistake much better than the original intentions.
That’s my mistake. I was trying to PRE on how many days I could go without sleeping. I will have to make it up to you guys tomorrow. I will think of something special just for the 5 & 6 am class. Thanks for keeping it real..
