then 1 round of 100 wall balls…..
then 2 rounds of 11 power cleans135/95 and 15 c2b pull-ups

Today is CrossFit FBOs 3 rd birthday. It still amazes me how far we have come. Thank you to everyone for being part of the FBO family. This wod was created by Josh last year for the gyms Birthday ” and mine” the number of rounds represent our original name 212 and the number of reps are the date 11/15. And the 100 wall balls is because he hates me!! Just kidding Josh..
