14.2 repeat and some open gym/ weightlifting.

I’d spend a little bit of time of whatever junky tissue you need to fix. If you’re attacking 14.2 for a second time be sure you have a strategy, and make sure it’s different than the first go-around!! Take a look at my mobility post from Friday 140307 for some mobility tips for warming up!!
