140318 Mobility WOD

No frills kind of day today. I want you to spend 5 minutes working on some of your known junky bits. Whether that be tight ankles, immobile hips, frozen shoulders,etc.
It’s time to start paying attention to what your body and your joints are telling you.
If you’re not sure what your problem areas ARE, ask one of the coaching staff.
Over the past month or so I’ve listed plenty of mobility exercises for just about every major joint in the body.
This is my way of gauging how many of us are actually reading my posts, besides me ( heh heh).
While we’re on the subject.. Does anyone have any questions? Concerns? Suggestions?
