Choose band/wt/rings that makes this difficult but not possible
Then: spend 10 min working pistol progression. If you are proficient at pistols then work weighted pistols.

Even: 6 deadlifts
6 burpee tuck jumps
Odd: 20 double unders/40 singles
6-8 t2b
*athlete chooses DL weight and # of t2b. Again challenging but not impossible.
