This will be Coach Julie’s last class with us she accepted a Job in Virginia Beach Virginia and will be moving this week. I would like to thank Julie for all her help with spearheading and starting up our mobility class and always being One of CrossFit FBO’s biggest supporters. Good luck Julie we are going to miss you!!
