Ankles. Work the corners of the ankles.

Get to the gym. Grab a stretch band. Work the corners of your ankles. 2 minutes minimum each ankle.

Done.

14.1 is upon us gang. I will do my best to post mobility tips concerning each Open workout in the coming 5 weeks. It’s go time.
